Your enquiry

The Google enquiry form requires your first name and phone number. You can optionally tell us your goals, preferred callback times and how you heard about us. It does not collect your Google account email as part of your response. Please do not include medical history, medication details or other sensitive information.

We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss the free wellness evaluation and arrange a visit. Sending an enquiry requests a callback; it does not confirm an appointment or sign you up for marketing.

Where your information goes and who can access it

The form is provided by Google Forms and has a linked Google Sheets response spreadsheet. The form’s editor access and the linked sheet are currently restricted to James’s Google account. Members of the public can respond to the form, but the form does not show them a summary of other people’s responses.

Google Apps Script sends a new-response email alert to james@eastbournenutrition.co.uk for this form. The alert contains a link to the private form responses, without your submitted name, phone number or goals. Viewing those responses still requires access to James’s Google account.

Google processes the form and spreadsheet information as part of providing those services. The website is published with OpenAI Sites and served through Cloudflare. Your form response is sent to Google; the website itself does not have a separate enquiry database. Website providers may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver and protect the website.

How long information is kept

Please contact James to ask how long your enquiry information will be held or to request deletion. The business’s retention schedule is being confirmed, so no fixed retention period is stated here.

Cookies and external content

The site’s own code does not add analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, and it does not store enquiry details in your browser. Cloudflare may set a security cookie called __cf_bm to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated traffic; Cloudflare states that it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The embedded Google Form connects to Google only when you choose “Open the request form”. Google may then use cookies or similar technologies. You can unload the embedded form; doing so does not remove cookies that Google has already set. If you are signed in to Google, Google may save an unfinished form draft to your account. You can instead contact us by phone or email.

Our club video and fonts are hosted on this website. The video does not autoplay. Google Maps, review and social links open external websites when you choose them; there is no embedded map, social feed or YouTube player on this site.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, restrict or object to its use, or request a copy in a portable format. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
